Features of silage cutter:
1.Removable front and side knives made of wear-resistant steel. The hardness of this steel is 500 Brinell units (for comparison, the most common steel has a Brinell hardness of 150 units). Thus, these knives are, firstly, as durable as possible, and secondly, as they wear, they can be removed, sharpened or replaced.
2. Removable forged peaks. Imported forged peaks are installed on the product – light and durable. They are 50% stronger than peaks from rolled products due to a more rational section and better properties of steel.
3. Increased cutting force. Unlike analogues, in the model with a volume of 0.8 m3 we use 3 hydraulic cylinders, thereby significantly increasing the cutting force.
4. Lattice (perforated) back wall for improved visibility during operation.
